One sentence

"USDX is a fully-backed, continuously transparent USD stablecoin designed for institutions and global users, deployed natively across 11 EVM networks."

Short paragraph

USDX is a USD stablecoin built to address the structural gaps in the existing stablecoin market — specifically, the lack of continuous reserve transparency, bridge-dependent cross-chain architecture, and the absence of on-chain compliance infrastructure. Every USDX token is backed 1:1 by verified, liquid reserves. Reserve snapshots and cryptographic proofs are published continuously to a public API. The token operates natively on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Base, Optimism, Celo, Avalanche, Scroll, Linea, and Unichain using a bridge-free burn-and-mint architecture.

Extended description

USDX is a fully-collateralised USD stablecoin designed for global liquidity, institutional confidence, and continuous transparency. Unlike existing stablecoins that publish reserve attestations on a periodic basis, USDX operates a 24/7 backend infrastructure that monitors on-chain state across all supported networks at 30-second intervals, publishes cryptographically-verifiable reserve snapshots to a public API, and commits proof hashes directly to smart contracts on every supported chain.

Reserves consist of short-maturity US Treasury Bills (60%), cash at regulated financial institutions (20%), government money market funds (10–15%), and an issuer capital buffer (5–10%). Cross-chain liquidity is maintained through a native burn-and-mint architecture — eliminating bridge dependencies entirely. Compliance — including KYC, AML, and sanctions screening — is implemented as an on-chain registry, not a separate layer. Protocol governance uses multisig controls with a 48-hour timelock on all material parameter changes.
